    • one slice of seeded brown bread
    • 1 avocado smashed and seasoned
    • black pepper and salt
    • one medium egg


    The method:

    1. Slice the avocado and mash it up with a little lemon juice then spirinkle some salt in to bring out the flavour
    2. Cook the poached egg.
