I'm 26 and i'm from Essex. I work for a charity here is Essex supporting people with learning difficulties. I am also a Level 3 qualified personal trainer!. I love working out because I enjoy it, It helps me stay healthy and it keeps me motivated to achieve my goals in life. I love to help other people achieve their fitness goals in life and I have a passion for healthy living. 

I recently joined Vottion because I love their gym wear! The material feels great and it's high quality. The leggings are squat proof which is always a good thing!
