I’m 23 years old and live in the East of England. I’ve been going to the gym for a few years now but didn’t really get into fitness properly until I started the couch to 5k with my mum last year! I’ve always said ‘I can’t run!’ And now I can actually run a 5k!! I love working out because I love how it makes me feel❤️

 

 

 

 

Outside of running and the gym my hobbies are spending time with my fiancé and our 4 month old golden retriever puppy Luna! 

I also work in a Nursery looking after children aged 2-4 which is a very rewarding job.

In the future I’d like to learn more about the nutritional side of fitness and look into weight training a bit more.  Outside of fitness me and my fiancé are looking forward to getting married in the near future❤️
